• Check-in time 2:00 pm and check-out time 12:00 noon.


• Early check-in will pay Php 150 per hour and late check-out will pay Php 150 per hour.


• Guest can early check-in and check-out but it depends on the availability of the room.


• Present a valid I.D or passport for security reasons. If there’s a balance, payment should be paid
  full upon check-in.


• Present 1,000 pesos for Security Deposit which is refundable upon checkIng out.


• Strictly NO SMOKING inside the room at all times.


• Use our safety deposit box to store all your personal valuables. The management will not be liable
  for the lost of any personal valuables.


• Any damage in the room caused by negligence will be charged to the guest.


• No guns, live guns, live weapons and illegal drugs allowed in the premises.


• Pets are allowed but only with supervision of the hotel guest owner.


• Room capacity is with strict compliance. A charge of Php 500 per person/night will incur.


• If you like your rooms to be made up please inform the Front Desk Clerk prior to departing for
  the day.


• Always lock your door when you leave and during your stay.


• Outside food and beverages are allowed inside the room.
